Operational Structuring
Support in organising the internal operations of client businesses: defining processes, procedures and responsibilities, within a contractually defined scope.
Each engagement is covered by a written description of the scope, deliverables and timeline agreed with the client.
Business Services
Operational and administrative support services provided on behalf of client businesses.
Services are invoiced at an hourly or flat rate set out in the contract.
Small and Large Businesses
Our services are tailored to each client’s size and organisation, from small businesses to large companies.
The company does not carry out transport activities on its own account.
Business Support for Micro-Entrepreneurs
RDSF LIMITED offers a one-month business support package for micro-entrepreneurs and newly created businesses. The package includes a discovery call, a personalised written action plan and three follow-up sessions per week.
Commercial Terms
- Written contractual relationships, in English or French.
- Invoicing in HKD, USD or EUR, as agreed with the client.
- Payments by card through a regulated payment service provider or by bank transfer, to the company’s accounts only.
- Accounting and commercial records kept in accordance with Hong Kong requirements.
